Some things come easy, and if you have to work too hard for them, maybe it isn’t meant to be? Carly Ritter considers this dilemma in her song “It Don’t Come Easy.” She sings: “He tries to hold me, but his arms feel much too tight, and then when I need him, I’ve pushed him somewhere I can’t find.”
Carly is a prolific songwriter based in Los Angeles who has caught our attention with her heartfelt lyrics and dreamy voice. You may have seen her on tour this Spring, opening for Matt Costa.
